FIBRES AND FABRICS WORKSHOP

This workshop is all about different fabric options.

Learn about different kinds of fibres, the differences between woven vs knitted fabrics, the main weaves you might come across as well as some other key fabrics.

We will be going through a variety of fabrics so you really get a feel for what is right and why for particular projects, as well as reasons why you wouldn’t pick certain fabrics.

Included: a take home swatch chart that you will each make in the workshop. A great reference point when working at home.

PLEASE NOTE: This is for 18+ years only, unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. We can accept bookings for children between the age of 14 and 17 years, if an accompanying adult is also booking a place. Please make sure you let us know their age when booking.

This class will not be suitable for those under the age of 14.
